Winter to Spring 2020 Projects

Yet again my blog has been dormant for a while. This only ever means that I'm too busy to write stuff down, which is no bad thing. So what has been going on recently?

Whitby Fishing Boat Trips

Ken Graham got in touch asking about have a new website built to advertise his fishing boat trips out of Whitby harbour. Ken's fishing boat, Libby, is licensed for upto 12 passengers, and is regularly seen heading out of the habour mouth taking visitors and locals alike fishing up and down the North Yorkshire coast. Ken's new website is a simple Wordpress site - it was quick to setup on a very limited budget, but is something both Ken and I can add to as time goes by.

Coupled with Ken's Facebook page, Twitter account and his Google listing the new website will help would-be fishermen (and fisherladies) find out all bout the reef and mackerel fishing he offers, as well as information about his boat and a blog for news and information.

Countryside Jobs Service

A new website for CJS kept me busy throughout 2019. This was the biggest single project I've ever undertaken and whilst enjoyable was a real challenge! There's far more going on 'behind the scenes' than appears at first glance.

Spiders Clothing Online Store

Spiders Clothing's online shop is now live, selling designer menswear and womenswear. This was built using Perch and the shop uses the same back-office system as their EPOS which I built last year, ensuring all their stock management and accountancy can be dealt with simply and efficiently.

drinkNAB.com Continued Development

The low and alcohol-free drinks website I setup with a friend last year continues to grow. We're adding new features fairly frequently and building a following on FacebookTwitter and Instagram. New drinks conitinue to be released, so you can checkout some of the latest alcohol-free beer reviews, as well as reviews for low alcohol cider, wines and mocktails.
